Logan Martin – Owner
Logan leads Martin Homes & Martin Concrete Co. with a hands-on approach and a focus on building a scalable, quality-driven construction company. With a background in construction and project management, he oversees all core divisions of the business, including concrete operations, custom home builds, and large-scale amenity work for builder and developer clients.
He is actively involved in managing concrete production and crews across multiple job sites, while also guiding the execution and quality standards of custom home projects as the division continues to grow. Logan also oversees the delivery of community amenities, ensuring each development is built with consistency and craftsmanship.
As the business continues to grow, his focus remains on strengthening both field operations and internal systems, ensuring every project is delivered with efficiency, accountability, and a consistent standard of craftsmanship across all divisions.
Dustin Jones – Lead Foreman
Dustin oversees day-to-day field operations at Martin Homes & Construction, ensuring each phase of construction is executed efficiently, safely, and to a high standard of quality. He plays a critical role in managing multiple concrete crews across our builder and developer projects, coordinating schedules, manpower, and site logistics to keep production moving smoothly across several active jobs at once.
With a strong focus on detail, consistency, and accountability in the field, Dustin helps maintain the pace and precision required for large-scale concrete work while upholding the craftsmanship standards our clients expect. His leadership on-site ensures that crews are aligned, deadlines are met, and each project is delivered with reliability from start to finish.
Chris Munday – Project Manager - Custom Homes Division
Chris serves as Project Manager for all custom home builds at Martin Homes & Construction, overseeing each project from start to finish with a focus on quality, organization, and execution. He coordinates day-to-day construction activities, manages subcontractors and schedules, and ensures every detail aligns with the original vision and standards of the build. With a hands-on approach in the field and a strong eye for craftsmanship, Chris plays a key role in keeping projects moving smoothly while maintaining the level of precision and care each custom home deserves.
Nick Howell – Project Manager - Concrete & Amenity Division
Nick oversees multiple concrete projects and crews across active job sites, ensuring each phase of work is executed efficiently, safely, and to a consistent standard of quality. He plays a key role in coordinating field operations and keeping production moving smoothly across several jobs at once.
With a strong focus on quality control, Nick works closely with crews to ensure proper methods, finishes, and timelines are met on every project. His oversight helps maintain consistency across all concrete work while supporting reliable performance for our builder and developer clients.
Madison Bush – Executive Assistant & Interior Designer
Maddie plays a key role in both client experience and the day-to-day operations at Martin Homes & Construction. As our in-house interior designer, she helps guide clients through selections, finishes, and overall design direction, ensuring each home reflects a cohesive and intentional vision while keeping the process organized and approachable.
Beyond design, Maddie also manages essential operational functions including payroll, invoicing, and general project administration. She helps keep the backend of the business running smoothly so projects stay on track and the team can stay focused on delivering high-quality construction.
Her ability to balance creative design work with strong operational oversight makes her an integral part of both the client journey and the overall success of each build.
